this is a cover of a old David Bowie tune  When I was a young pup in the late 80's this band was a measuring stick for every aspiring musician in hard rock there is no denying there musicianship  can't believe there was a video of them live out there most of the people who went to see them back in the day wasn't fans of the music they were musicians who came to watch them apply there craft (during the 80's i saw them live in clubs several times they had no equal)
