This is posted in reply to all the "internal power" videos I've seen on here.
The schools which call it wing tsun use a stance simular to karates half moon. Traditional wing chun uses something more like a boxing stance. One is better footwork and the other has faster hands... Also one leaves your balls less protected than the other (well they do say it was invented by a nun).

They call it trapping. It's not a hearing trick, its a touch thing (sticky hands is the name of the exercise where he's wearing a blindfold). It's a practice of deflecting your opponents blows, getting inside and well...you know...kicking his ass.
Come to think of it...lots of folks who visit this site have sticky hands...
